To detox + soften your skin, gently stroke your body with the dry brush before showering. Start with your extremities and gently move towards the heart in upward, circular strokes. Dry brushing is known to stimulate the lymphatic system (which allows the body to rid itself of toxic build-up). It also exfoliates the skin, removes dead skin cells + stimulates the growth of new ones, enhances blood circulation and can also reduce the appearance of cellulite over time.
Next, indulge your senses in one of our two aromatic bath soaks. Our bath soaks help to soothe sore muscles, add minerals back into the skin, relax the mind, and detoxify the body.
To conclude your at-home spa experience, apply body oil to your skin and allow our thoughtfully crafted blend of organic carrier oils + essential oils to nourish, moisturize and renew your body’s largest organ.

I have dry skin at baseline so I wanted to enhance it by integrating dry brushing to my routine. After lots of research, this boar brush seemed to have the best reviews. At first use it was very prickly and seemed rough...which pleased me. After regular use I've adjusted to the feeling and cannot get over how smooth my skin is especially when supplemented with the oil or addition of the body butters which I also purchased. I was so pleased that I read about Bethany's company and its 'small business' mentality. I like her authenticity and her products. I look forward to many future purchases.

United StatesBrush is great. Comfortable handle and bristles are firm but don't not scratch the skin. I love the body oil. Great smell and a little goes a long way.
