Self-care, self-love, self-help: some of the trendiest terms in today’s culture. These philosophies have become increasingly popular and taken our society by storm - while anxiety, burn out and stress-induced sickness have similarly followed suit.
We wonder if the definitions of these mindsets have become distorted and their meaning diluted. So we’ve decided to put a new spin on these “self-” focused phrases and take a different approach to wellness, this season especially.

Self-health is investing in your health (mind, body and spirit) for the sake of being the most alive, vibrant and present version of yourself for those you love.
Some seasons, self-health looks different. If you have 2 kiddos under 2, oil cleansing before bed and getting outside for a stroller walk every day could be the extent of your self-health practices. If you live alone and have a little extra time to yourself, your self-health practices could consist of a daily gua sha ritual and a full morning yoga flow.
