In honor of International Women's Day this month, we’re giving the spotlight to some of the incredible women on the Pure Team who lead with intention and integrity - and create so much beauty at Primally Pure and in the world around them.
Today they’re sharing words of wisdom from women in their life, what success looks like to them plus their must-have skincare product. Here are the women of Primally Pure you need to know!

What do you love most working with the Pure Team?
“I love my team! It's always fun interacting with each other in person, and seeing projects that everyone has worked hard on come to fruition.”
As a woman in leadership, what does success look like to you?
“Success looks like doing my best to steward the responsibilities God has given me as a wife, mom and business owner - not simply going through the motions, but pausing to evaluate and make adjustments when necessary...finding wisdom in mistakes/failures, and allowing myself to experience joy in the process (even when things feel super messy).”
What is a word of wisdom from a woman in your life that you’ve held on to?
“I've been reading "When Strivings Cease" by Ruth Chou Simons and have found myself clinging to her every word on trading the gospel of self-improvement for the gospel of grace.”
Tell us your must-have Primally Pure product and how do you use it in your skincare ritual!
“So hard to choose! At the moment, I'm really enjoying our Cleansing Oil. I've been taking a few extra minutes each evening to really get lost in the ritual of oil cleansing and always feel so refreshed afterward!”

“My mom always told me ‘Trust the process’.”

“Everything spray!!! I spray it on sunburns, my legs after shaving and my face after double cleansing! It's my holy grail product.”

“I was immediately drawn to this brand when I first discovered PP (the simple ingredient lists, minimal packaging and founded by a female entrepreneur with similar values/vision) - and wanted to be a part of what they were creating. Our team not only makes life-changing products, education and experiences, but I’ve also made life-long friendships.”
As a woman in leadership, what does success look like to you?
“Pursuing what sets your soul on fire (rather than fame, money or position) and seeing how contagious that can be for others to also follow their own personal spark/what lights them up. I believe that leading and living from this place can set the world on fire in the most profound, beautiful way.”
What is a word of wisdom from a woman in your life that you’ve held on to?
“‘Get quiet.’ When I have a hard decision to make (or even a simple one sometimes!) or feel overwhelmed by the unknown, I am reminded to “get quiet” to turn down distractions and tune in to the still, small voice within."

“So many. :) But right now I can’t get enough of our Skin-Specific Mists! I rotate between all 3 and for me, it’s a much-needed aromatherapy moment (the mind/skin connection is real) to reset my mind and give my skin an instant glow.”

“My must-have Primally Pure product is the Plumping Serum. It’s the perfect amount of moisture for my skin, I love the smell and my skin is more even than it’s ever been! I used to use BB cream daily to camouflage my spotty complexion, now my bare face looks better than I ever imagined it could.”

“I had been working in fashion for over 5 years and was really excited about the opportunity to move into the clean beauty space. I loved everything about Primally Pure from the brand mission, to the products (the Soothing Mask changed my life) to the overall aesthetic. “The most rewarding part of my job is working with and mentoring my team. Identifying growth opportunities for each unique person/role to ensure they are confident in their skillset and are ready to take on any new challenge personally and/or professionally.”

“Soothing everything but the mask is my forever go-to. I use it 3x a week (sometimes paired with a glass of wine 😊) and I love to use that time for myself.”

“I actually have 2 must have products. Soothing Serum +CBD and Fancy Face Serum. I use them daily and am absolutely in love. After washing my face and a few sprays of Soothing Mist, I use Fancy Face around my eyes, nose and mouth and the Soothing Serum +CBD on my cheeks to help with acne.”
