Unsettling initial texture that becomes sooo satisfying to massage in
"I’m a big fan of the BeautyCounter trilipid defense cleansing oil and wanted to try this, as it’s similar with regards to going on oily and turning milky with water. I wish this had a scent to it because I just love the smell of the BC cleanser, but what it lacks in smell it makes up for abundantly in texture. It’s a mix of super glue and toothpaste to squeeze out and when you first start massaging it on your face it feels tacky and weird. But then… it changes to oil somehow and is the most satisfying transition. I love leaving it on for a mini mask while the shower’s heating up, and definitely recommend it! I don’t wear foundation or much other makeup so I can’t comment on its cleaning abilities for that level, but it doesn’t dry me out and is a sensory treat!"
