Our Founder's Beef Liver Smoothie Recipe

Organ meats have gotten a lot of attention in the wellness community lately and for good reason.

Beef liver from grass fed, grass finished cows in particular is a nutrient powerhouse, known as nature’s multivitamin.

It contains an abundance of nutrients (including those that are difficult to obtain from other foods) that benefit the skin + whole body health.

But in all honesty, beef liver just does not taste that good 🤷🏼‍♀️

Follow along as our founder shows you how to make her Beef Liver Smoothie that masks the taste but still allows you to reap all the benefits 👇🏼

Ingredients

  1. Grass fed, grass finished beef liver
  2. Raw egg yolks
  3. Raw grass fed milk
  4. Frozen berries
  5. Honey
  6. Handful of mint leaves (essential for covering up the livery taste)

Directions

  1. Let beef liver thaw then put into a blender and puree
  2. Pour pureed liver into silicone ice molds and place in freezer
  3. Once frozen, put into a glass Tupperware container
  4. Put 1-2 pieces of beef liver into blender
  5. Add frozen berries, raw milk, egg yolks, honey and mint into blender
  6. Blend and enjoy
