Our Founder's Beef Liver Smoothie Recipe

Organ meats have gotten a lot of attention in the wellness community lately and for good reason.
Beef liver from grass fed, grass finished cows in particular is a nutrient powerhouse, known as nature’s multivitamin.
It contains an abundance of nutrients (including those that are difficult to obtain from other foods) that benefit the skin + whole body health.
But in all honesty, beef liver just does not taste that good 🤷🏼♀️
Follow along as our founder shows you how to make her Beef Liver Smoothie that masks the taste but still allows you to reap all the benefits 👇🏼
Ingredients
- Grass fed, grass finished beef liver
- Raw egg yolks
- Raw grass fed milk
- Frozen berries
- Honey
- Handful of mint leaves (essential for covering up the livery taste)
Directions
- Let beef liver thaw then put into a blender and puree
- Pour pureed liver into silicone ice molds and place in freezer
- Once frozen, put into a glass Tupperware container
- Put 1-2 pieces of beef liver into blender
- Add frozen berries, raw milk, egg yolks, honey and mint into blender
- Blend and enjoy
