How to Use Sun Stick SPF 25

Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure for full protection. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying and at least every 2 hours.

This is seen as a safer, better-for-you mineral option than Nano Zinc Oxide because Non-Nano Zinc Oxide has a larger particle size than Nano Zinc Oxide (larger than 100 nanometers) which means that is too large to penetrate the skin (i.e. doesn’t enter the bloodstream) and stays on the surface of the skin to reflect UV rays. Non-Nano Zinc Oxide is also considered reef-safe and less toxic to marine life than Nano Zinc Oxide.
