"I've never considered myself as someone with sensitive skin, but after a week of use, this serum also made me break out in a rash. So itchy and so swollen :( the rash lasted over a week. Still not certain which ingredient caused it, but it looks like it's a common experience. I would steer away from this product until they reformulate."

Unfortunately this completely dried out my skin and left me with a swollen face and itchy, red rash. My eyes were swollen and puffy for 3-4 days before it calmed down. "I have been very happy with all of the Primally Pure products that I have used over the last couple of years, BUT this one is not for me. I had a horrible adverse reaction, face swelling, burn and rash. I tested it a couple of times with no reaction, then when I used the product over my entire face and neck it burned me. My skin was so uncomfortable the entire week, and I couldn't go anywhere. I did some research on the ingredients and there are three that can cause burns and rashes, so be careful with this one."
"I’ve been a Primally Pure customer and I’ve used other serums from you and they’ve all been great, but unfortunately this one caused a severe reaction. I developed a red, itchy rash on my neck and around my eyes a couple of hours after applying it, and it takes quite a while to go away."

"I've tried the plumping serum before this one, which I really liked, but thought I would give this one a try. It feels a bit thicker than the plumping oil, but that's because of the hemp. It is pretty moisturizing, so I think it's good for winter or dry skin. As far as a scent, some people complained about it here, but it smells like hemp, which does have a distinct smell, and that is the main ingredient, so it's expected. I haven't noticed much of complextion change but overall i like it's very moisturazing."
