PRIMALLY PURE NOURISH HER SWEEPSTAKES – OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

ENTRY PERIOD:

The Primally Pure Nourish Her Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Primally Pure LLC (hereinafter, the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes begins on May 8, 2026 at 12:01:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on May 11, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. PST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes: Sponsor; any of Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising and promotion agencies; and any employee, officer, director, representative or agent of any of the foregoing persons and the immediate family members or members of the same households of such individuals. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor may verify eligibility at any time. Sponsor’s decision as to eligibility is final.

TO PARTICIPATE:

Eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes via Instagram during the Sweepstakes Period as follows:

Entry Method:
Visit the official Primally Pure Instagram account and complete the following steps:

• Like the designated Nourish Her Sweepstakes post

• Comment on the post

• Tag at least one (1) other Instagram user in the comments

Each additional tagged user in a separate comment constitutes an additional entry.

Any attempt to use multiple identities, fake accounts, or fraudulent methods to gain more entries than permitted by these Official Rules shall result in disqualification in Sponsor’s sole discretion. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

ENTRY LIMIT:

Entrants may submit multiple entries through tagging; however, each tag must be submitted in a separate comment and must comply with Instagram’s guidelines. Sponsor reserves the right to limit or disqualify excessive or fraudulent entries.

RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS:

On or about May 12, 2026, Sponsor will select forty (40) potential winners by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE:

Each winner will receive:

• Three (3) Primally Pure products, and

• Additional self-care or wellness supplements as determined by Sponsor

The approximate retail value of each prize may vary. No cash alternative or substitution of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use are the sole responsibility of the winner.

WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION/ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:

Potential winners will be notified via direct message from the official @primallypure Instagram account within approximately 24–48 hours following the drawing.

Potential winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the required time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and require proof of identity, age, and residency prior to awarding the prize.

WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS:

By participating, Entrants warrant and represent that they agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the final decisions of the Sponsor. Entrants further represent and warrant that their participation complies with all applicable laws and Instagram policies.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.

By entering the Nourish Her Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to:
(a) abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions;
(b) allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and/or Instagram handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law; and
(c) release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, THEIR LICENSEES AND/OR THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PAGE OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES PAGE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THE SWEEPSTAKES PAGE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS. 

GOVERNING LAW: 

This Sweepstakes and Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By submitting an Entry, Entrant agrees to the following: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the federal or state courts sitting in Riverside County, California; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE ABOVE RESTRICTIONS IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE OR LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  

PRIVACY: 

By entering the sweepstakes, any personal information Entrants submit will be disclosed to the Sponsor and will be used by Sponsor consistent with these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://primallypure.com/pages/privacy-policy 

By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants acknowledge that they are voluntarily providing Sponsor with the personal information contained on their entry and that Sponsor may use said information in the course of its business, including for marketing and to contact Entrants regarding Sponsor’s goods and services and any other offers or promotions that it believes might be of interest to Entrants. Entrants can opt out of receiving such materials at any time in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

SEVERABILITY/HEADINGS: 

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Headings and captions are used in these Official Rules solely for convenience of reference and shall not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Official Rules or any provision hereof.

OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND WINNERS LIST: Official Rules will be posted on https://primallypure.com as of May 5, 2026 and will remain posted until May 5, 2027. Winners will be emailed upon selection.
