Fall Gummies

Easy Fall Gummies that promote skin health! 🍁

I love these gummies as a good-for-you dessert or snack (great for kids lunches too!). Made with apple cider vinegar and @greatlakeswellness Gelatin (helps to build collagen thus improving the skin’s appearance!), these fall gummies are a go-to in my home this time of year.


Here’s how I make them!

🍁 2 cups organic apple cider

🍁 2 tbsp @bragg apple cider vinegar

🍁 1/4 cup maple syrup

🍁 8 tbsp @greatlakeswellness beef gelatin

🍁 1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Heat apple cider, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup to a low simmer
  2. SLOWLY add gelatin 1 tbsp at a time and mix well in between each tbsp (if you go too quickly, it will start to clump!)
  3. Add cinnamon
  4. Pour into silicone molds (easy to find online), spread mixture with spatula, and pop into the fridge to cool!
