Skin Loving Collagen Popsicles
Cool down this summer with these skin loving popsicles infused with probiotics, antioxidants, collagen and fatty acids 🍓
Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 cups coconut kefir milk (depending on size of popsicle molds)
- 2 tablespoons collagen
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds, divided
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries, halved
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together coconut kefir milk and collagen until smooth. Divide this between the popsicle molds, filling each about 1/4 of the way up, then sprinkle some of the chia seeds into each.
- Add some of the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries to each until they are filled almost to the top.
- Top each off with the remaining coconut kefir milk, then sprinkle with additional chia seeds. Top with the popsicle mold cover and add popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for approximately 4 hours until frozen.
