Skin Loving Collagen Popsicles

Cool down this summer with these skin loving popsicles infused with probiotics, antioxidants, collagen and fatty acids 🍓

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 2 cups coconut kefir milk (depending on size of popsicle molds)
  • 2 tablespoons collagen
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, divided
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, halved

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together coconut kefir milk and collagen until smooth. Divide this between the popsicle molds, filling each about 1/4 of the way up, then sprinkle some of the chia seeds into each.
  2. Add some of the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries to each until they are filled almost to the top.
  3. Top each off with the remaining coconut kefir milk, then sprinkle with additional chia seeds. Top with the popsicle mold cover and add popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze for approximately 4 hours until frozen.
